Summer is over and it's time to get back to school on the right foot! It's up to you to make the right resolutions and adopt healthy habits for flawless skin and general well-being!

Eat Healthy for blemish-free skin 

You don't need to be told, certain foods can be crucial to the quality of your skin and can lead to flare-ups of acne and blemishes. To avoid them and protect your body, favour green foods, seasonal fruits and vegetables. A time to take a detox break after the summer, what could be better?
 

Taking care of your Nubian hair
 

If you have Nubian skin, your hair may be frizzy and thick. All summer long, the sun, sea salt and wind have dried it out and you'll need to take care of it when you go back to school.
